The virus purification kit is designed for fast and efficient purification of recombinant Retroviruses from transfected cell culture supernatant of 6-8 T75 flasks. Up to 1x1011 viral particles could be purified. The elution buffer could be exchanged with any proper buffer and virus could be concentrated by using de-salting column, which is included.
