Refund policy

Customers have 7 business days from the receipt of their order to contact BIOLAND regarding order discrepancies.

·        We offer a 30-day return policy on select items.

·        All Cold items and Chemicals are non-returnable.

·        PPE (Gloves, masks, gowns, Covid Tests, etc.) is non-returnable.

·        Please contact BIOLAND to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning any items. All returns must include an RMA#.

·        All non-defective products must be returned in new/unused condition with original materials and boxes. (This includes manuals, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.)

·        All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

·        Shipping on all non-defective returns is the customer’s responsibility.
