Dual Color Prestained Protein Maker III consists of 11 highly purified and pre-stained recombinant proteins. The indicated molecular weight range in Tris-Glycine Gel was 10-200 kDa (~10, ~15, ~20, ~30, ~40, ~55, ~65, ~90, ~110, ~140, ~200 kDa). With orange-red bands at 90 and 30 kDa. rose-red band at 10 kDa, blue bands at the others. Therefore, it is convenient to observe the electrophoretic state of protein dynamically or judge the effect of protein transmembrane. It is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western blot.
His-Tagged proteins: Proteins 40, ~90, ~110, ~140, ~200 kDa are His-tagged. When blotted with anti-His antibody, most of the bands show up after ECL. 40 kDa band is weak, 90 kDa band doesn't show. This is very helpful when the protein marker is used in His-tagged protein purification.
