Among them, 70 kDa is rose red prestain band, 13, 28, 140 kDa is blue prestain band, which is convenient to dynamically observe the state of protein electrophoresis or judge the effect of protein transfer. 8 recombinant proteins, including 22, 28, 38, 50, 62, 78, 113, 154 kDa, can bind almost all types of antibodies (except chicken antibodies), and can bind antibodies with the target protein at the same time and by ECL or other means of color development.
