    Saline-Sodium Citrate Buffer (SSC buffer) is suitable for preparing nucleic acids for hybridization, hybridization buffer for northern and southern blots, washing buffer for northern and southern blots. SSC buffer is also used as a hybridization buffer in immunoblotting and DNA Microarray protocols.

    pH: 7.0 ± 0.15

    Method: Prepared in ultrapure (type I) water and filtered through 0.45 micron filter.
