Optimize your signal with our full-skirt low profile, 96-well 0.1mL PCR plate. It works equally well for manual or automated protocols. The short well design optimizes assay conditions by reducing the distance between sample (in the well) and heated lid. By eliminating evaporation on the tube wall, PCR sample volumes are maintained, and the efficiency of the reaction is increased. This is especially important for low volume samples (<20ul).
Plates are manufactured of low extractable, medical grade polypropylene. Plate is easily oriented with corner notch and molded in alpha numeric. Raised rims on each well help protect from cross contamination, minimize sample loss during storage, and make for enhanced sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat-sealing films.
