Virus Purification Kits

The virus mini and maxi purification kits are designed for fast and efficient purification of recombinant viruses from transfected cell culture supernatant. The salts in the elution buffer will be removed by de-salting column. The kit replaces the traditional CsCl ultracentrifugation purification method, which is time consuming and limited to the amount of cell lysate to be processed. Each purification column can be regenerated for purifying the same virus. For optimized viral binding and recovery, each column can be regenerated only once. The de-salting column also provide desired buffer and volume for each virus.
