Introduction EasyMag® Viral/Pathogen DNA/RNA Kit is designed to use magnetic bead-based technology for rapid and reliable isolation of total nucleic acids from viruses, bacteria, and yeast in whole blood, serum, plasma, swabs, saliva, urine, and other bodily fluids. The kit combines the enhanced lysis/binding buffer formulation and reversible nucleic acid- binding properties of magnetic particles that provides the highest sensitivity in viral/pathogen DNA/RNA recovery. Viral/Pathogen DNA or RNA extraction can be performed manually or on automated platforms with equivalent results.
